Where do you ship from? All orders are dispatched from our central distribution hub in Chicago, Illinois (60638). Being centrally located allows us to reach most US destinations quickly.
What is the shipping cost? We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $38.00 for all tankless water heater units nationwide.
How long does delivery take? Handling takes 1–2 business days, and transit usually takes 2–4 business days. You can expect your unit to arrive within 3–6 business days total.
Do you ship outside the USA? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
💧 Product & Technical
What is a tankless water heater? Unlike traditional tanks that heat water 24/7, a tankless system heats water only when you turn on the tap. This provides an endless supply of hot water while using significantly less energy.
How do I choose the right size? Sizing depends on your "peak demand" (how many showers or appliances you run at once) and your groundwater temperature. Generally, a 5–7 GPM unit is sufficient for a standard 2-bathroom home.
Does a tankless heater provide "instant" hot water? It provides "endless" hot water. You still have to wait a few seconds for the hot water to travel through your pipes to the faucet, just like a traditional tank.
Do I need a professional to install it? Yes. We strongly recommend installation by a licensed plumber or technician to ensure your gas lines, venting, and electrical connections meet local building codes and maintain your warranty.
🛡️ Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. We recommend using a trackable service as units are high-value.
How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
